Welcome to Villoura.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform and the booking of luxury mid-term rental properties.

2. Definitions

- "Guest": An individual who books or seeks to book a property through Villoura.com.

- "Host": An individual or entity that offers a property for rental through Villoura.com.

- "Property": A residential accommodation listed on Villoura.com for mid-term rental.

- "Booking": A confirmed reservation of a Property by a Guest.

3. Booking Process

Guests can browse and request to book Properties listed on Villoura.com. A Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Villoura. All Bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Villoura and the respective Host.

4. Payment Terms

Guests are required to pay the total rental amount, including any applicable fees and taxes, at the time of Booking. Payment methods accepted will be specified during the booking process. Villoura may hold security deposits as specified in the Property listing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the Property and will be clearly stated in the Property listing and Booking confirmation. Guests are advised to review these policies before making a Booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stated cancellation policy.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

- Use the Property for lawful residential purposes only.

- Abide by the occupancy limits and house rules specified in the Property listing.

- Maintain the Property in good condition and report any damages promptly.

- Not engage in any illegal activities on the Property premises.

7. Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to:

- Ensure the Property is clean, safe, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information in the Property listing.

- Honor all confirmed Bookings and not cancel without valid reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

Villoura acts as an intermediary platform connecting Guests and Hosts. We are not a party to the rental agreement between Guests and Hosts. Villoura is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the rental of Properties.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Guest and a Host, Villoura encourages both parties to communicate directly to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, Villoura may, at its discretion, mediate the dispute but is not obligated to do so.

10. Modifications to Terms

Villoura reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on Villoura.com. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
